Serial Production

With our unique manufacturing process, we enable the series production of your bionically optimized semi-finished products.

The patented technology places a bionically optimized fiber layer within seconds. Thus, we realize bionically built structures within one minute.

Production takes place at our main location in Thaur, Austria. From there, we send the semi-finished products to any supplier for further processing. For example, injection molding, foaming or gluing technologies are used for this. If you do not have a suitable supplier, we and our partners will also take over further processing to create the finished component.
